If you are a Foodie in Northeastern Ohio, you know that a great showcase of cooking, food, tools, crafts (and new this year – BEER) is this weekend. The 8th Annual Fabulous Food Show comes to the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio showcasing stars like Martha Stewart, Alex Guarnaschelli and Jason Roberts among others.

With over 400,000 square feet of space this is the one event you need to be at. Included with admission is access to the celebrity chef demonstrations (first come first served), the Market Place (where you see and try so many great products), Taste of the Neighborhood (a showcase for local restaurants), and the By Hand Fine Art & Craft Fair.

Every foodie likes a good pairing with their main course, so for the first time, the International Beer Fest joins the Fabulous Food Show. Upwards of 500 craft beers, wines and spirits will be on display for sipping and savoring during the show.

Take a look at the Fabulous Food Show site to see all of the great vendors, celebrity schedules and events at the show. It runs from Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10 (10AM-6PM each day).

The Ranting Chef has been able to secure Two General Admission tickets that I will raffle to one of my loyal readers. If you are interested in the tickets, and will use them(!!!), send me an email at rantingchef@yahoo.com no later than 3PM on Thursday, November 7. I’ll draw names and notify the winner shortly after that. You will be able to pick up your tickets at will call at the event.

If you don’t win, you should still go and can purchase tickets at the door or at the Fabulous Food Show site. Check for details there.300_250-ffs
