Any Amy By Any Other Spelling

I listen to quite a number of podcasts and one of my regular ones is the NPR show Car Talk. When a caller rings in and introduces themselves with their name and location, the Car Talk hosts, Tom and Ray Magliozzi, will often guess the spelling of the name based on the location. If Amy called from Minnesota, thy would expect it spelled A-M-Y. If Amy called from California, their imagination goes wild with an obscure spelling. In honor of Tom and Ray, here is the definitive spelling list for Amy:

How do you spell Amy?
