I listen to quite a number of podcasts and one of my regular ones is the NPR show Car Talk. When a caller rings in and introduces themselves with their name and location, the Car Talk hosts, Tom and Ray Magliozzi, will often guess the spelling of the name based on the location. If Amy called from Minnesota, thy would expect it spelled A-M-Y. If Amy called from California, their imagination goes wild with an obscure spelling. Aimee’s Quick Chicken is great, no mater how you spell it!
Yup, five ingredients. So easy even a Magliozzi could make it without messing up!
Spread mustard over the chicken.
Add the bacon.
And cheese and bake.
Cheezy greatness!
You can’t go wrong with cheese and bacon!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 ounces Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Slather mustard evenly over chicken, then pour teriyaki sauce evenly over all. Sprinkle with bacon bits, then cover with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
