The Structure Round Cake Mold from Trudeau.
This 9″ diameter cake pan is made from oven and dishwasher safe silicone.
One of the unique and cool features of this product is the inner ring. Circling the top is a ring of steel. This provides structure and allows it to carry more weight. The bottom and sides flex to allow easy removal of whatever you might bake. Let’s give it a try. All washed and ready to go.

Removal was easy as….cake. While I didn’t need to push on the bottom to get the cake out, the silicone cake mold makes it easy to do so.

My Take: The Trudeau Structure Round Cake Mold makes your baking a breeze. The non-stick silicone guarantees easy release of your cake from the mold. It is good to 428 F degrees (220 C) and is dishwasher safe. I found it to work well in my testing and should be a great addition to your kitchen. You can find a retailer near you here.
